Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340g) spaghetti
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (24 oz) jar of marinara sauce (or homemade)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

For Baking:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and toss with cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese until well coated. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Meat Sauce

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
